An Ordinance amending Section 918x9, Revised Ordinances
of Sjjlt Lake City, 1913, as amended by an ordinance passed by the
Boar. of Commissioners, July 31, 1918.
Be it enacted by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
Section 1. That Section 918x9, Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, 1913, as amended by an ordinance passed by the
Board of Commissioners July 31, 1918, be and the same is hereby
amended so as to read as follows:
SECTION 918x9. The Board of Commissioners may employ
the following employees at the compensation named, to perform
duties at what is known as the Warm Springs Sanitarium Building,
ownSd by Salt Lake City, situated on the corner of Second West
andjSeventh North Streets, to-wit:
One custodian at a compensation not to exceed t2,220
per Iannum, payable monthly:
One Assistant Custodian, at a compensation not to emceed
01,t00 per annum, payable monthly:
One fireman and such other employees as in the judgment
of the Board may be necessary for the proper care, maintenance
and conduct of said property and the building thereon, at such
wages as may be fixed by said Board.
That the persons named as custodians and assistant custo-
didn shall, before entering upon the discharge of their duties, take
