AN ORDINANCE
Result . - -
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE passed by the
Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, on June 25th,
1929, granting to the Salt Lake Terminal Company, its succes-
sors and assigns, a franchise and right of way to construct,
maintain and operate a single spur track from and between its
main line on First West Street in Salt Lake City to the property f
line upon the west side of said Street.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That an ordinance passed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, on June 25th, 1929,
granting to the Salt Lake Terminal Company, its successors and
assigns, a franchise and right of way to construct, maintain and
operate a single spur track from and between its main line on
First West Street in Salt Lake City to the property line upon
the west side of said street, be and the same is hereby re-
pegled.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabi-
tants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall take effect
immediately. +l
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect at once
upon publication. 1_
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 17th day of September, A. D., 1929
