AN ORDINANCE VACATING a 10 foot walkway in St. Mary Hills Plat "B" Subdivision; all abutting property owners having petitioned for • the vacation. • - Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, m Utah. SECTION 1. That a 10 foot walkway in St. Mary Hills Plat "B" m rSubdivision, more particularly described as follows: o m to Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 25, o n St. Mary Hills Plat "B", a subdivision of parts of Section 10, 11 and 14, T. 1 S., R. o 1 E., S. L. B. & M.; thence North 10.0 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 24, of aforesaid Subdivision; thence East 134.19 feet to the a Southeast corner of said Lot 24; thence South 10.0 feet to the Northeast corner of afore- said Lot 25; thence West 134.15 feet to the point of beginning. 8• be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public O property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
