Result AN ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING subsections (1) and (2) of Section 32-7-4 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to curfew hours for minors. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That subsections (1) and (2) of Section 32-7-4 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to curfew hours for minors, be, and the same hereby are, amended to read as follows: "Sec. 32-7-4. On streets at unreasonable hours prohibited. (1) it shall be unlawful for minor persons under fourteen years of age to be in or on any of the sidewalks, streets, alleys or public places in Salt Lake City between ten p.m. (or eleven p.m. daylight savings time when daylight savings time is in force and effect by law in Salt Lake City, Utah) and five a.m. immediately following. "(2) It shall be unlawful for minors under eighteen years to be in or on any of the sidewalks, streets, alleys or public places in Salt Lake City between twelve midnight (or one a.m. daylight savings time when daylight savings time is in force and effect by law in Salt Lake City, Utah) and five a.m. immediately following. "* * SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City, Utah that this ordinance become effective immediately. SECTION 3.
