AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use District.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries of
Use District, be, and the same hereby is, amended as follows:
"The following described real property in Industrial "M-1"
and Residential "R-2" Classifications, as shown on the Use Distr-
ict Map, is hereby changed to Industrial "M-1A" Classification and
the Use District Map is amended and changed accordingly.
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 121, Third
Burlington Addition of part of the S.W. y of the N.E. a
of Section 10, T1S, R1W, S.L.B.&M.; thence east 66.0 feet; l
thence south 117.41 feet; thence north 80 deg. 26 min. 47
sec. west 66.93 feet to a point 103.86 feet south of the
point of beginning; thence north 103.86 feet to the point
of beginning; also all of Lots 121 through 126 and the east
100.34 feet of Lot 127, said Third Burlington Addition.
"That said Use District is hereby changed and altered to show the
said above described tract of land from Industrial "M-1" and Residential
"R-2" Classifications to "M-lA" Classification."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
3rd day of April, 1969. 7
