AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 27-9-1 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1965, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
GOLF COURSES.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 27-9-1 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah 1965, as amended, relating to golf courses,
be, and the same hereby is, amended as follows:
Sec. 27-9-1. Fees. (1) There is hereby imposed on any
person playing golf at any of the City golf courses the following
green fees:
a. Nine holes - regular rate $3.00
b. Eighteen holes - regular rate 5.50
c. Nine holes - senior citizen rate 1.00
d. Season pass - regular rate 175.00
e. Season pass - senior citizen rate 87.50
f. Season coupon pass - junior rate 50.00
(2) There is hereby imposed a use fee for the use of any
City owned motorized golf cart or driving range golf balls as
follows:
a. City owned motorized golf cart
9 holes $6.00
18 holes 11.00
b. Range golf balls for use of driving range
Small bucket $1.00
Large bucket 2.00
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its
first publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 21st day of April , 1981.
