AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CEfPTER XII OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES.
Be it ordained by the City Council of salt Lake City, Utah:
See. 1. Chapter XII of the revised ordinances of palt Lake City
of 1692 is hereby amended by adding thereto another section to be numbered
Section Eight, a nd to read as follows:
Sec. 8. Any person except the dog tax collector and his deputies
who shall sell or offer for sale any registered tag, or shall sell or
offer for sale or shall put upon any dog xsicia any tag resembling a regis-
tered ta abciUit is guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof
shall be liableto a fine in any sum not exceeding Twenty-five Dollars,
or to imprisonment in the City Jail not exceedingM vi.. .t44. •• days
or to both such fine and imprisonment. ��
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
