AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property within
the district bounded on the north by Fifth South Street, on the west
by the Gravity Sewer, on the south by Ninth South Street, and on the
least by Ninth East Street, in Sewer Districts Nos. 1 and 2, for the
' construction of sewers.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah.:
SECTION 1. That the, assessment list made by theCity Treasurer
las corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization and!
Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council -for%that purpose,
jofthe'property in Lot -1, Block 4; in Lots 5 and 6, Block 16,An
; Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 10; in Lots 1, 4, 5 and 8, Block 17 .0
Lots 1, 4, 5 and 8, Block 11; in Lots 1, 2, 3 end 4, Block 3; irk;?Lots.
11, 6, 7 and 8, Block 18; in Lots 5 and 6, Block 6; in Lots 2, 3, 4
land 5, Block 26; in Lots 1 and 2, Block 2; in Lots 1 and 5, Block 9;
', in Lots 1, 6, 7 and 8, Block 8: in Lots 9 to 20, inclusive, Hollis-
ter's Subdivision, Block 4; in Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block
12, all in Plat "B", abutting on Ninth South Street between Sixth
;East and Ninth East Streets; on Sixth South Street between Eighth
A, 1East and Ninth East Streets; on Fifth East Street between Seventh
South and Eighth South Streets: on Eighth East Street between Si.eth
South and. Seventh South Streets; on Seventh East Street between Fifth,
South and Eighth South Streets; on Eighth South Street between Fourth :

tions of said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made
nand returned in said completed lists are here by confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effeot upon approval.
