ORDINANCE .
An ordinance amending and re-enacting Seotion 148 of the Revised�
Ordinanoes of Salt Lake City of 1903, as amended by an ordinance
passed by the City Council December 17, 1906, and approved by the
Mayor December 18, 1906.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
FCTION 1. That Section 148 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt

limits of said pity. In pursuance of his duty in this regard,
he is authorised to enter the premises of any one keeping such
fieroe, vicious or mischievous dog.
The Chief of Pollee is also hereby authorized to kill or
cause to be killed any dog found running at large on the public
streets of this city without a collar around its neck, with a
metallic plate or cheek showing the payment of the current year's
license attaohed thereto.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinan-

oes and resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
