An ordinance amending Section 26 of Chapter 4 of_!the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, relating to garages.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt take
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 26 of Chapter 4 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, be, and the same is hereby
amended so as to read as follows:
SECTION 26. Except as hereinafter provided, all gasoline
except that contained in the tanks of automobiles shall be
kept and stored in underground tanks, which, for a public
garage, shall not exceed the capacity of one thousand gallons,
and for a private garage shall not exceed the capacity of three
hundred gallons; and only one tank shall be built or used in
connection with a single garage.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
