AN ORDINANCE • Result AN ORDINANCE VACATING alley running north and so,uh tween 10th East Street and dcClelland Street, and between Hal wood Avenue and 21st South Street. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Su- Lo.te City, Utah: SECTION 1. That alley running north and south between 10th East Street and McClelland Street, and between Hollywood Avenue and 21st South Street, more particularly described as follows; Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 13, Block 5, Evergreen Park a subdivision of Block 1, Five Acre Plat FIAT!, Big Field Survey, running thence North 43.75 ft., thence East 8.0 ft., thence North 173.0 ft., thence N. 45° W. 8.49 ft., thence East 26.0 ft., thence S. 45° W. 8.49 ft., thence South 173.0 ft., thence East 8.0 ft., thence South 43.75 ft., thence West 30.0 ft. to point of beginning; be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub- lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way. Said vacation is made expressly subject to the rights 02 way and easements of the Utah Light & Traction Company and the Moun- tain States Telephone & Telegraph Company acquired under franchises from Salt Lake City, to maintain, repair, alter and replace the elec- tric transmission, distribution of telegraph and telephone circuits, lines, wires and poles of said companies, together with the necessary stop cross-arms and other attachments thereon or affixed thereto for the support of said electric, telephone and telegraph} lines, wires () and distribution circuits as now erected and maintained upon or across the portion of said street to be closed, during the life of the fran- chises held by said companies, or any extensions thereof.
