That alley running south 594 feet from eali- f‘ l , fornia Avenue, between Emery, and filth West Streets, in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 2, South Salt Lake Subdivision of part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 14, T. 1 S., C. 1 i ., Salt Lake Base and meridian, thence east 11.6 ft., thence south 594 feet, thence west 11.6 feet, thence north 594 feet to the place of beginning, be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no 'longer to be pub- lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
