AN ORDINANCE
Result
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING the "Recommended Wage and Salary Admini-
stration Program for Salt Lake City Employees" dated December 28,
1972, as adopted by Bill No. 65 of 1973, amending Section 25-4-5 of
the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, changing the
salary classifications of the City Treasurer and City Recorder.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "Recommended Wage and Salary Administration
Program for Salt Lake City Employees" dated December 28, 1872, adopted
by Bill No. 65 of 1973, amending Section 25-4-5 of the Revised Ordi-
nances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, be, and the same hereby is,
amended by changing the salary classifications of the City Treasurer
and City Recorder under the title covering "Managerial and Professional"
employees as follows:
(a) City Treasurer, from Pay Class 24 to Pay Class 25.
(b) City Recorder, from Pay Class 23 to Pay Class 25.
SECTION 2. The salary classification changes herein provided
shall become effective April 1, 1974.
SECTION 3. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is
necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt
Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake Ci, Utah,
this 27th day of March, 1974.
