An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property herein-
after described within the district bounded on the north by the north
line of First North Street, on the east by the center line of Main
Street, formerly East Temple Street, on the south by the south line oil
!South Temple Street, and on the west by the center lineof Third West
Street, in. Sewer District No. 1, for the construction of sew.5xs.
As it -ordained by the City Council of Salt LakeCity, UtAh:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the Citi'treasurer
:,. %as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of-Egnalisatton and
Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Counoilit.for t•ha;t turpos,e,
of the property in Lots Nos. 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 947,7 in- Lots los,. 1,
4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 84; and in Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 85, all
in flat "A", abutting on First North Street between Main WA West
!Temple Streets; on Third West Street between North Temple and South
!Temple Streets; on North Temple Street between Second West and Third
!West Streets; and on Second West Street between North Temple and South
3 refits, in Sewer District No. 1, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose
lot' constructing sewers upon said portions of said streets, is hereby
confirmed, and the assessments made a.nd.returned in said completed
'lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
