Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinanoe confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Crystal Avenue between Highland Park
Drive and Thirteenth East Street, in Paving District No. 32
(Paving Extension No. 139), for the purpose of providing for the
grading, ourbing and guttering, constructing private driveways,
installing water services and sewer connections, and paving
thereof.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of Agnittstilt
Equalisation and review, of the property in Lots 45 to 73, inclu-
sive, Highland Park Plat "A" Subdivision, in Sections 20 and 21,
Township 1 south, Range 1 east, Salt Lake Base and Meridian,
abutting on both sides of Crystal Avenue between Highland Park
Drive and Thirteenth East Street, in Paving District No. 32, of
Salt Lake City, for the purpose of providing for the grading,
curbing and guttering, constructing private driveways, installing
water services and sewer connections, and paving said portion of
said street is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and
returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.

SECTIOI 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
