Moran - - Mr.Chairman - _ AN ORDINANCE Result - AN ORDINANCE SMENL'INU CHAPTER XXI, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920, by adding in ana to said chapter a new section to be known as Section 1080X1, relating to cogs. BE IT ORIAINED BY THE BOARD 0F CO1MISSION:TRS OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH: SECTION I. That Chapter XXI, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920, be and the same is hereby amender. by adding in and to said charter a new section to be known as Section 1080X1, to read as follows: SECTION 1080X1. The license fee for a spayed female dog shall be the same as for a male dog. Before any license may be issued for a spayed female dog a cer- tificate in ;citing signed by some person duly licensed to practice veterinary, medicine or surgery in the State of Utah describing such female dog and reciting the fact that such female dog has been spayed, together with the date thereof, shall he filed with the City 'Treasurer. SECTION ;. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is necessary to the peace; health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
