AN ORDINANCE LEVYJNG A TAX and for the asse^sment of pro-
perty in Paving District No 32 (Paving Extension No 222) for the
rur1ose of gradine, constructing curb and gutter, drainace and irri-
gation systems, private driveways, installing water services and
sewer connections to back of curb and paving with 2ortland cement
concrete thereof
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Ut'th
SECTION I That the Board of Commissioners of '"alt Lake
City does hereby levy the tax and provide for the assessment of the
same uaon the property hereinafter descrioed in -°wing District No
37 (Paving Extension No 22,:.) for the purpose of grading, construct-
ing curb and gutter, drainane and irrigation systems to carry water
across and along streets and inter-ections, private driveways, in-
stalling water services and se,Yer connections to hack of curb and
xaving with Portland cement concrete thereof, to-trait
