AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE LIMITS OF SALT LAKE CITY.

WHEREAS, on November 23, 1943, Kenneth H. Wieliams and
others (being a majority of the owners of real property situated

in the tract hereinafter described) signed and filed with the City

P, Recorder of Salt Lake City a petition requesting that said tract

of land be taken within the limits of said city, and also caused an
accurate map to be made and certified to by a competent surveyor

MI1E-FAS, the said tract of land is contiguous to Salt hake
City and there is no proper reason why it should not be annexed to
and made a part of said city; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
after examining said petition of said owners of said tract of land,
and consicering the circumstances thereof, voted by unanimous vote
of said board in favor of annexing said tract of land to Salt Lake
City, and directed the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance maf,d4e..,

and declaidng said annexation.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of Commission-
ers of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That the city limits of l,alt Lake City be and
O./ the same are hereby extended and enlarged so as to include the ful-
loving described tract of land in Salt Lake County, to-wit;
Commending on the Salt Lake City limit line N. 0° 021
52" V. 165 feet and S. 89° 531 42" E. 198 feet from the S.E.
corner of Lot 2, Block 15, 5 Acre Plat C, Big Field Survey;
thence N. 0° 04' 04" v:. 1270. 5 feet; thence N. 69° 531 42"
w. 958.30 feet along the north line of Lot 17 and Lot 6 of
said Block 15, to the N.-V . Corner of said. Lot 6; thence E.
58° 321 40" V. 66 feet to the N. E. corner of Lot 17, pluck
14, 5 Acre Plat C, Big Field Survey; thence N. 89° 491 10"
W. 165 feet along the north line of said Lot 17, block 14;
thence S. 0° 041 0511 E. 802.89 feet parallel to and 165 feet
