That alley beginning at a point on the south side of hamona Avenue, 115 feet east of 7th Last Street, running thence south, thence east to Lake Street, in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 9, Clear View Sub. of Elk. 2, 5-Acre Plat "A", Big lield Survey, thence south 12 ft., thence west 215 ft., thence north 130.5 ft., thence east 10 ft., thence south. 108.5 ft., thence S. 45° E. 14.14 ft., thence east 195 ft. to the place of beginning; be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub- lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
