That alley beginning at a point on the south side of hamona Avenue, 115 feet east of 7th Last Street, running thence south, thence east to Lake Street, in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 9, Clear View Sub. of Elk. 2, 5-Acre Plat "A", Big lield Survey, thence south 12 ft., thence west 215 ft., thence north 130.5 ft., thence east 10 ft., thence south. 108.5 ft., thence S. 45° E. 14.14 ft., thence east 195 ft. to the place of beginning; be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub- lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of any and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property and also subject to the right of entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, re- moving, replacing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective imme- diately.
