Piercey a • Romney - -- , Mr.Chairman AN ORDINANCE Result AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Schedule 14-e, referred to in Section 145 of the Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to parking prohibited during certain hours on certain streets, as contained in the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1 . That Schedule 14-e, referred to in Section 145 of the Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, as contained In the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to parking prohibited during certain hours on certain streets, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto at the end of the designation of streets therein, the following additional streets so as to prohibit parking thereon as follows: "5th East from 13th South to 21st South, east side, 7:00 A.M. to 9:30 A.M.; "5th East from 9th South to 21st South, west side, 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.; "9th East from 4th South to 9th South, east side, 7:00 A.M. to 9:30 A.M.; "9th East from 4th South to 9th South, west side, 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M." SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective immediately. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publication.
