AN ORDINANCE AMENDING the "Recommended Wage and Salary
Administration Program for Salt Lake City Employees" dated
December 28, 1972, as adopted by Bill No. 65 of 1973, amending
Section 25-4-5 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City,
Utah, 1965, by adding thereto the non-civil service position`
of Chief Deputy Treasurer in Pay Class 22.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "Recommended Wage and Salary Admini-
stration Program for Salt Lake City Employees" dated December
28, 1972, adopted by Bill No. 65 of 1973, amending Section
25-4-5 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965,
be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto the non-
civil service position of Chief Deputy Treasurer in Pay Class
22 under the title covering "Managerial and Professional"
employees.
SECTION 2. The position title and salary classification
herein provided shall become effective April 1, 1974.
SECTION 3. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare
of the inhabitants of said city that this ordinance become
effective immediately.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect •• its first

publication.
