AN ORDINANCE VACATING a public alley, less Jordan River Parkway
portion east from Concord Street and north of 3rd South Street.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the public alley running east from Concord
Street and north of 3rd South Street, more particularly described
as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer
to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian
way:
Beginning at the N.W. corner of Lot 22, Block 11, Highland
Park Addition, a subdivision of Section 2, T.l S., R.1 W. , jq/
Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence north to
the S.W. corner of a 25 foot excess lot; thence East 110.00
feet; thence Southwesterly to the N.E. Corner of Lot 25,
said Block 11; thence West 100.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights
of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every des-
ctiption now located on, in, under or over the confines of the above
described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon
for the purpose of maintaining, altering, repairing, replacing,
removing or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its
first publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 2nd day of March , 1977.
