DONED BY THEIR OWNERS, AND OF SICK? DISEASED AND DISABLED ANIMALS
FOUND RUNNING AT LARGE. ''"

Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
) Sec. 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to abandon or
turn out at large any sick, diseased or disabled animal, but such ani-
mal shall, when rendered worthless by reason of sickness or other dis-
ability, be by the owners thereof killed and disposed of as provided by
the ordinances of Salt make City for the disposition of dead animal

Sec. 2. It shall be the duty of the police officers to kill
, and dispose of any animals found runing at large within the city limits,
or which may be impkunded in the estray pounds of this City, which are
worthlae,e from sickness, didease or other disability.
Sec. 3. Any person violating my of the provisions of this
ordinance shall be liable to a fine in miy sum not exceeding fifty
°dollars for each and every offense.
Sec. 4. This ordinance shall be in force fom and after its
approval.

Be it ordained bythe CityCouncil of Salt Lake City, Utah,
