AN ORDIA CE .
An ordinance levying a tax an0 for e aeoccement of , -01)<;rty
on both sides of S Street betven South Temple an0 Str etc, in
Sewer District No. 1, for tie construction of 4 newer.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Solt Mv,ku Cit.', Utah:
SECTION 1. That the City Council does hereby levy ta:n. and
provide for the aesesemcnt of the same upon tho property hereinafter
described in Lots Nos. 1 and 4, Block 4, and Nol,. 2 and 7.1ock
Plat "0", Salt 1, ke City Survey, ah .ttio,! on LotP sit of S Street
between South Temple and Fir,et Streets, in tior District No. 1, BA
said. property havinrr a frontage of 610 foot along said street.
Thie tax is levied to defray the xponco of constroctingt a
vitrified pipe sewer eight (a) inches in diameter upon oaid Artion
of said street opposite the property hereinafter describod to be
especially affected and benefited by said improvement, and it is
hereby adjudged, determined and estFallied that trio eaoto will be
especially benefited thereby to t.!-o full amount of the tux ne.,-eby
levied, and said parcels of lano are hereby assessed at an equal and
uniform rate in accordance with the 3ino,T,,r foot frontage upo,! said
' portion of said etreet fronting upon and to a depth of twonty-five
(25) feet back therefrom, and tte tax hereby levied ano to do as-
sessed upon said paroels of land is four hundred and twenty-seven
(347.00) dollars,or 70/100 ($0.70) dollars per front or linear
