S CTIOI 1- That the Board of Commissioners of Seat Lake City
does hereby levy the tar and •a•ovide Tor the assessment of the
same noon the property hereinafter described in Paving District
No. 27, for the purpose of providinf for the gri.ding, guttering
and curbing thereof, constructing storm sneers across eli inter-
