That the Board of Commissioners of Galt Lake City' does hereby levy the tax and provide for the assessment of the same upon the property hereinafter described in lighting district No. 1O-:A, for the purpose of providing for the operation, maintenance and. patrol- ling of incandescent lamps and the furnishing of electrical. energy therefor, to-wit: Lots A to 14 and Lot 17, of lak. f ; Lots V to 11 incl. of Flk. 7, and Lots 1" to Cl incl. of Plk. 10, Main Etreet, Cubdivisihn of Llk. f; ti-here Plat rp t, Big Field ;ur- vey; abutting on Main u,treet from 0th Couth_ ; treet to Aarvnrd Avenue on the east side and to Tremont (..venue on the west side, in ._a7.t Lake City.
