AN ORDINANCE AMhNDING SECTION 2004 of Chapter XX,
of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, re-
lating to City Purchasing Agent.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 2004 of Chapter XX, of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, relating to
City Purchasing Agent, be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
SECTION 2004. SALARY. The City Purchasing Agent
shall receive as compensation the sun of $3300.00, per
annum, payable montnly, as are the salaries of otner City '.3
Officers.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
1) it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
t)16 of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take fe t upon its
first publication. I
