AN OhDINANCE VACATING ALLEY at rear of Lots 23, 24, K..5
and 26, blk. 5, University Heights, 119.5 ftet east of 15th Eua
Street, and running north 109.6 feet from Browning Avenue, in S :lU
Lake City, Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of commissioners of Sari Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That alley at rear of Lots 23, 24, 25 and 26,
Blk. 5, University ifeights, 119.5 feet east of 15th East Street,
and running north 109.6 feet from Browning Avenue, in Salt Lake
City, Utah, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 22, tam. 5,
University Heights, a subdivision of Blk. 12 - 5 Acre plat
"C" and -blk. 12, F.M.Lyman Jr. is Survey of Sec. 16 - T.
1 S., R. 1 E., S• L. B. & M., big yield Survey, thence North
109.6 fji., thence West 10 ft., thence south 109.6 ft., thence
East 10 it. to the place of beginning;
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public
property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every
description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the
above described property, and also subject to the right of entry
thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, replac-
ing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of t{}e inhabitants of
salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
' publication.
