AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALLEY running from Tyler St. to Green St.,
between Harrison Avenue and Browning Ave, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That an alley running from Tyler St. to Green St.,
between Harrison Avenue and Browning Ave., in Salt Lake City, Utah, more
. particularly described as; follows:

om Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 2, Maryland
Subdivision, a subdivision of Lot 14, Block 14, 5 Acre Plat A,
N Big Field Survey; and running thence east 239.6 ft. to the south-
rn east corner of Lot 1, Block 2, said Maryland Subdivision; thence
south 10.8 ft. to a point 17.6 ft. west of the northeast corner of
Lot 42, Grand haven Subdivision, a subdivision of Lot 15, Block 14,
erM 5 Acre Plat A, Big Field Survey; thence west 239.6 ft. to a point
7.2 ft. west of the northeast corner of Lot 32, said Grand Haven
o m Subdivision; thence north 10.8 ft. to the point of beginning.

o be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public
property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of
0 way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description
now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described
property and also subject to the right of entry thereon for the purpose
of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or
rerouting said utilities and all of them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is
necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt
Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
14thiay of August, A.D., 1952.
