That that certain portion of land heretofore dedicated as a public street in Salt Lake City and as shown upon the official plat C' • thereof recorded in the office of the Salt Lake County Recorder and more ow c: particularly described as follows: a) • Beginning 0.13 ft. N 0° Ol' 26" E of the northwest corner txoo` of Lot 54, Laurelhurst, a subdivision of part of Block 5, 5 Acre Plat C, Big Field Survey and also being a part of Section 15, o-1 T. 1 S., R. 1 E., S.. L.
