AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding in and
to said section, the following:
"The following described real pprrope�rtt.. n a Residential "R-2"
District, as shown on the Usetrict Map, is hereby zoned as
Residential "R-2a" District and the Use District Map is amended
and changed accordingly:
"Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of Foothill Drive
48.90 feet S. 0°01' W. and 687.35 feet S. 26°55'54" E. from
the Northwest corner of Section 23, T1S, R1E, SLB&M.; thence
along the Westerly line of Foothill Drive N. 26°55'54" W.
95.35 feet, to the Southeast corner of the First Congrega-
tional Church property, thence along the southerly line of
said property S. 63°04'06" W. 152.13 feet, thence S. 0°01'
W. 15.12 feet, thence S. 89°41'10" E. 178.82 feet to the point
of beginning.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
16th day of April 1970.
