Section aw.(( PENALTY. Any person violating any of the
provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, and Where not
otherwise provided herein, shall be punished by a fine
of not more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment
in the City Jail not more than one hundred days, or by
both such fi4e and imprisonment.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent
of such conflict.
This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
