An Ordinance amending Section 867 in Chapter 33 of the Row
vised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, 1913, relating to license of
milk dealers.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 867 in Chapter 33 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Take City, 1913, relating to license of milk
dealers be; and the same, is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 867. Milk dealers. Lioense. Milk dealers, as
contemplated in this ordinanoe, shall be any person selling milk
from more than one cow. It shall be unlawful for any person to
engage in business in Salt Lake City as a milk dealer, without
first obtaining a license so to do, and suoh person shall make
yearly payments to the pity treasurer for such license in acoord..
anoe with the following scale:
Wholesale exolueively'-
Daily sales, for the first five gallons $ 1.00
Daily sales for every additional five gallons
or fraotion thereof .50
Retailers-
Daily sales, for the first five gallons 1.50
Daily sales, for every additional five gallons
or fraction thereof .75

All perms using vehicles of any description for the delivery
of milk or 'rein shall apply to the Iioense Assessor for tag to be
placed an 41.0:Vphiole indicating that the same is duly lioenaed4
and shall pa* for said tag the sum of tweatywftve cents eaoh• It
shall be unlaWful for any person delivering milk or cream to use
or operate any vehiole upon the streets of Salt Lake City without
having attached thereto in a oonspicuous place to be designated by
the Lioense AsSessor, the license tag for sueh vehicle provided
'for herein.
