AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5708 of Chapter LV of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, relating to permits to occupy
streets with building material.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah.
SECTION 1. That Section 5708 of Chapter LV of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, relating to permits to occupy
streets with building material, be and the same is hereby amended by
adding a new paragraph to be known as paragrapn "b", which shall read
r ., as follows:

(b) The fee for the permit herein provided for shall be the sum
of *10 which fee, shall be paid to the City Treasurer before such permit
is issued.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is
necessary to the peace, health, and safety of the inhabitants of Salt
Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this20thday of August , A.D. 1952. y
