AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use District.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries of
Use District, be, and the same hereby is, amended as follows:
"The following described real property in Residential "R-6"
Classification, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed
to Commercial "C-1" Classification and the Use District Map is amended
and changed accordingly.
Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 8, Block 96,
Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey, and running thence North 771/2
feet; thence west 10 rods; thence south 822 feet; thence east
10 rods; thence north 5 feet to the place of beginning.
"That said Use District is hereby changed and altered to show the said
above described tract of land from Residential "R-6" Classification to Comm-
ercial "C-1" Classification."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
9th day of April, 1969.
