An ordinance confirming the assessment upon property abutting
on both sides of First street between O and II streets, in Sewer
District No.l.
Re it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
'Tr:es, urer of Salt Lake City, as cormncted, approved and completed
'.byp?the Board of Equalization heretofore duly appointed by the City
tonxnail for that pur;_iose, of the property abutting on both sides of
First street between C and H streets, in Sewer District So.l, for
