4 of 1909 - Ordinance 4 of 1909 – Sewer Extension No. 182, First Partial Estimate. AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described within the district bounded on the north byl
the north line of Fifth South Street, on the east by the west lint
of East Temple Street, on the south by the center line of Ninth
South Street, and on the west by the west line of Second West
Street, in Sewer District No. 2, for the construotion of sewers.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the 'City Treas-
urer as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equali-
sation and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council
for that purpose, of the property in Lots 1, 6, 7 and 8, Block 7;
1 and 8, Block 12; 4 and 5, Block 4; 1 to 40, inclusive, Block 2,
and 1,to 40, inclusive, Block 1, Walker's Subdivision, Block 6; 1
to 40, inclusive, Block 2, and 1 to 40, inclusive, Block 1, Walk-
er's Subdivision, Block 5, all in Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey,
abutting on the west side of Seoond West Street between Seventh
South and Ninth South Streets, on the east side of Second West
Street between Eighth South and Ninth South Streets, on botliO ides
of West Temple Street between Eighth South and Ninth South Street.,
on both sides of Washington Street between Eighth South and Ninth
South Streetsosu both sides of First West Street between Eighth
South and Ninth South Streets, and on both sides of Jefferson
Street between Eighth South and Ninth South Streets, in Sewer Dis
trict No. 2, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing
sewers upon said portions of said streets, is hereby confirmed,
and the assessments made and returned in said completed lists are
{ hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
