All ORDINANCE COIIFIRidINO the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Twelfth East street from Third. to Fifth
South. Streets, in Paving Di strict Po. 27 (Paving 3mtensi on No. 168) ,
for the purpose of providing for the grading, curbing and guttering with
:concrete,constructing drainage system to carry water along and across
streets and intersections, constructing driveways and private
driveways and paving with bituminous concrete.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Cotnmi.ssioners of halt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION I. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, apyroved and completed by the Board of Com-
missioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and
review, of the prop'ty in Lots 2 to rl incl. of 31I. 2, Enrick's
Sub. of 131k. 23, Lots 1 to 11 inc. of 31. 1. 2 Oteele's Sub. of 31k.
18, Lots 17 to 24 incl. of 31.. 2, :'last Bench Sub. of 3111. 18, Lots
1 and 8 of Blk. 19, and hots 1, 6, 7 and 8 of i31k. 22, all in flat P,
• alt Lake City Survey, abutting on both ;ides of `iv'elftu ::ast street
from Third to Fifth South streets in Salt Take ()it y, Utah, for the
purpose of providing for the grading, curbing and guttering kith
