AN ORDINANCE Result AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A TAX AND FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF property (Curb and Gutter Extension No. 147) for the purpose of grading, constructing concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk (where sidewalk and curb and gutters are not now built), drainage system, a pavement consisting of a 5-inch gravel base;and a 2 inch stone filled sheet asphalt wearing couse, and private driveways on Nevada, Texas, Wyoming and 25th East Streets, north 1310 feet from 21st South Street; Cope and 26th East Streets from 21st South Street to Foothill Drive; Redondo Avenue from 23rdto 26th East Streets; and 21st South Street from 17 feet west of nevada Street to Foothill Drive. Be it ordained by the:,'Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION I.
