Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Sunnyside Avenue between 1300 and 1400 East Streets, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Sunnyside Avenue and 14th East Street (said point being the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Douglas Park Subdivision) in Block 1, Plat F, Salt Lake City Survey and running thence North 41°15'25" ✓ ' West, 133.049 feet to a point on a 730.146 foot curve which radial line bears North 34°11'22" East; thence Southeasterly along said curve to a point which radial line bears North 26°18'16" East, a distance of 100.482 feet; thence South 0° 00'10" East, a distance of 49.445 feet to the point of beginning. S aid vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every des- cription now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
