AN O R D I N A 1 C E .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property on
both sides of Second South Street from the west side of Third East
Street to the west side of Tenth East Street, in Paving District No.
19,,for the purpose of providing for the grading, curbing, guttering
and paving thereof.
Be it Ordained by the City Council of Salt Lice City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the agaseement list made by the City. Treasurer
ss oorreoted, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization
and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that
purpose, of the property abutting on both sides of Second South
Street from the west side of+ Third last Street to the west side of
Tenth last Street, in Paving District No. 19 of S3.t Lake City, for
the purpose of providing for the grading, curbing, guttering and
paying of said portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and the
assessments made and r eturned in said completed lists are hereby
confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
