AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance amending and re-enacting Section 730 of the Revise.
' Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1903, as to the appointment and com-

pensation of the Superintendent of Waterworks.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 730 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City:of 1903, be, and the same is hereby amended and re-enacjted

eighteen hundred (n1860.00) dollars per annum, which shall be in

full for all services rendered the City, and shall be payable
monthly as are the salaries of other city officials.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinance:
and resolutions in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed to the ex-
tent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
