Result r AN ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE VACATING part of alley running south from
Browning Avenue and east of Sixth East Street in Salt Lake City,
Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION Z. That that certain portion of an alley running
south from Browning Avenue and a short distance east of Sixth East
Street and described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 26,
Grand Haven Subdivision of Block 14, Five Acre Plat 'A',
Big Field Survey, thence running east 13 feet; thence
South 105.0 feet; thence West 13.0 feet; thence North
105.0 feet to place of beginning;
Be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned as a public alley
of Salt Lake City.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty-one
days after its passage.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah. the
26, day of May, A. D. 1921.
