AN ORDINANCE Result AN ORDINANCE VACATING an alley between Emerson and Kensington Avenues and between 15th and 16th East Streets in Salt Lake City, Utah. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, g Utah: 30, SECTION 1. That an alley between Emerson and Kensington Avenues o and between 15th and 16th East Streets, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 25, Block 4., to-3 m College View Sub of Block 12, 5 Acre Plat C, Big Field p,oN Survey; running thence east 574, thence north 12.2 feet to the northeast o corner of Lot 3 of said Block o feet to the southeast corner of Lot 26, Block 8, Uni- sS4..) . varsity Heights Sub., thence west 119.5 •feet; thence r--1• °� north 109.7 feet, thence west 10.37 feet to the north- east corner of Lot 22 of said Block 8, thence south ,l 109.7 feet; thence west45O feet to the southwest corner s of Lot 5 of said Block 8, thence southeasterly 12.3 CIP0 feet more or less to the point of beginning. be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public CI;j property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective immediately.
