AN ORDINANCE VACATING the North 19.5 feet of 12th Avenue between 'Kt
"w and 'L' Streets adjacent to Block 171, Plat "D", Salt Lake City, Utah, all

abutting property owners having petitioned for the vacation.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah.
SECTION 1. Time- the North 19.5 feet of 12th Avenue between 'K' and IL'

Streets adjacent to Molt 171, Plat "D", more particularly described as
follows;
ro Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 171,
Plat "D", Salt Lake City Survey; thence South 19.5 feet; thence
West 330.0 feet; thence North 19.5 feet to the Southwest corner
of Lot 2, of said Block 171; thence East along the South line of
said Block 171 a distance of 330.0 feet to the point of beginning
,�be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public
property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights-of-Way

nand easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located
tin, on, under or over the confines of the above described property; and Also
subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, main-
t;ta.ining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities
and all of them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is necessary
to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this
ordinance become effective immediately; therefore, this ordinance shall take
effect upon its first publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
15th day of May, 1956.
