AN ORB1NANCr: .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described in Orchard Square which runs west from First
West Street between Fifth South and Sixth South Streets, to con-
nect with the main sewer on the east side of Second West Street, in
Sewer District No. 2, for the construction of a sewer.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equaliza-
tion and review, of the property in Lots 3, 4, 7 and 8, Block 31,
Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on both sides of Orchard
Square which runs west from First West Street between Fifth South
and Sixth South Streets, in S ewer District No. 2, of Salt Lake
City, for the purpose of constructing a sewer upon said portion of
said street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and
returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
