AN CR DINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF WASATCH DRIVE LYING
SOUTH AND EAST OF TIME HOGLE ZOO IN SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That that portion of Wasatch Drive lying
south of the south line of Sunnyside Avenue, the center line of
said Wasatch Drive being vacated is described as follows:
Commencing at a point which is N. 0° 09t 40" W. 1122.95
feet and N. 89° 59t 50" E. 348.90 feet and S. ?7° 37' 00" E.
75.73 feet from the west quarter corner of Section 11, T. 1

S., R. 1 E., S. L. B. & M.; thence S. 17° 35' 09" E. 65.88

C? feet; thence around a curve to the right, whose radius is
455.58 feet; a distance of 277.1 feet; thence S. 17° 16' W.

86 feet; thence around a curve to the right, whose radius
is 192.12 feet, a distance of 255.9 feet; thence N. 86° �4'
W. 221.0 feet; thence southwesterly to the revised alignment
of Wasatch Drive;
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub-
lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and
every description now located in, on, under or over the confines
of the above described property and also subject to the right of
entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repair-
ing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and
all of them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,

it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective immeH
• diately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
