Aa ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property on the
south side of South Temple Street between Fifth East and Sixth East
Streets, in Sidewalk District No. 17, for the construction of a
'Cement sidewalk.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as'eerreoted, approved and oelspleted by the Board of Equalization
and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City geaccil for that
purpose, of the property Abutting on the south sid` of South Temple
Street between Fifth Bast end Sixth East Street', in Sidewalk Dis-
trict No. 17, of Salt Lace City, for the purpose of constructing a
cement sidewalk upon said portion of said street, is hereby con-
firmed, and the assessments made and returned in said completed
lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
Sidewalk Extension No. 102.
Fassed by the City Council of Salt Lake City,Utah,Abril 17th,
1906, and referred to the Mayor for his approval.
