AN ORDINANCE
1
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Alameda Avenue between Twelfth East and
Thirteenth East Streets, in Paving District No. 27.(Paving
Extension No. 140), for the purpose of providing for the grading,
constructing ooncrete curb and private driveways, installing
water services and sewer connections, constructing concrete
sidewalks, and paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah;
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made byIthe City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization
and review, of the property in Lots 3, 4, 7 and 8, Block 34, Plat
"F", Salt Lake City'Survey, abutting on both sides of Alameda
Avenue between Twelfth East and Thirteenth East Streets, in
Paving District No. 27, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of
providing for the grading, constructing concrete curb and
private driveways, installing water services and sewer oonneotioms,
constructing concrete sidewalks, an& paving said portion of said
street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned
in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
