That a portion of Duder Street (Lawrence ,t7 Street) in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows: J Bract No. 1. Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 8, Block 3, Charles S. Desky's 3rd Addition, x running thence east 18 feet, thence south 148 feet, thence west 18 feet to the south- east corner of the aforesaid Lot 8, thence north 148 feet to the place of beginning. Tract No. 2. Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 3, Charles S.
